About us

Who we are

EduSimplified works alongside South African schools to take some of the admin weight off teachers and school leaders, so more time goes back to learners.

What we do

Our work sits at the point where curriculum, compliance, and classroom reality meet. That means getting SA-SAMS to reflect what's actually happening at a school, building CAPS- and ATP-aligned plans that teachers can actually follow, and making sure LTSM, timetables, and reporting are in order — without eating into teaching time.

Why we started

Much of the admin schools are asked to carry is necessary, but rarely simple. We started EduSimplified after seeing the same problems repeat across different schools — systems that were hard to use, plans that didn't match the pace of a real term, and support that arrived too late to help. Our aim is to close that gap directly, with people who understand how a school office and a classroom actually run.

Where we're headed

Alongside our on-site and remote support work, we build software of our own — starting with SchoolMentor — so the same support we offer in person is also available to teachers directly, whenever they need it.
